Old interview
1. So 1st of all Congratulations on becoming the new voice of Tristania! Tell us how you came to win the job?
Well, I just sent a demo to Tristania, after which they wanted me to come to Norway for an audition - in August. After that, we had rehearsals for 2 weeks in Stavanger.
2. What was your reaction when you heard you had the position?
I was happy, naturally, 'cause I think I deserve it - after all. But I felt that it is just the beginning, getting ready for the next goal.
3. Tell us a little about your musical background. Have you had any formal training or played in other bands?
My musical background comes from lot of different genres. I've been always interested in listening to every kind of music and I've always tried to leave my personal mark in many different styles. I was surely born singing blues and soul stuff, and then I met rock, metal, and blah blah blah... I really love to have jam sessions with different musicians from different musical backgrounds. I've learned how to sing by myself - it comes natural to me. I first used my voice for experimental theatre, and then I had my first band (blues), and at the age of 22 I joined an metal Sardinian band. I now play with Tristania and I also sing in Alight.
4. Are you getting comfortable with the job, is there any pressure?
No - I don t feel any pressure, 'cause I think the guys really trust my talent and I feel a good atmosphere in the job.
5. When can we expect to see you live?
Very soon, I hope. I think we will start playing next spring.
6. What is your first big goal with the band?
To bring them to the next level.
7. What are your interests outside the band?
My first interest is about having always new and different experiences in this life, to learn and to evolve. I always go jogging. I read about poetry, philosophy, sociology, history. I would like to play in theatre if I'd have time. I like learning about everything, especially about foreign cultures and languages. Finally, I really like to have fun ... a lot of fun!
8. What is something you would like fans to know about you?
Oh, yes! ... I collect air guitars

Re: Old interview
I have to say it kind took me back when she said she deserve it. No offense but it kinda made her seem full of herself.
